I am constantly reminded as to just how precious and unpredictable our lives are.  And with these reminders I am also continually shown how connected we all are.

I have just found out a very good friend and soul brother has recently experienced one of those abrupt turns, the kind that really feels like a sharp u-turn into an unknown territory. It matters not that we are in different countries, I feel his experience as if I am there.  I feel the community of those who know him, locally and globally, all coming together in thoughts of love. Those that know him as family, friends, lovers, as a creator, a healer, a musician, a film maker, a warrior of light, a powerful and gentle soul. It is an inexplainable feeling to be a part of such love. 

I am honoured to travel the path with him as a friend, a brother, a co-creator of humanity, light & love.

Now there comes the transitions and transformations of a new experience on his journey....love heals all in time and  space. My heart is with him ethereally and I know this is one of those gifts in disguise.

There are so many new turns in many of our lives at this time. Even when we think we are walking a straight line with a focused goal and solid intentions the turns are there....waiting unexpectedly or carefully planned out. 

By who's design is it all orchestrated? Your Own? A Higher Power? Fate? Chance? Destiny? God? Mother Nature? Creator? Source? 

All is a creation of larger design, the humanity fractal. ALL ONE!

Currently I have an art exhibit at a local hotel, Ceiba Del Mar, titled "we are one". 

I fell in love with this place the first time I went there, a feeling of gratitude and beauty overcame me.  One turn lead to another and an art show transpired, a dream and vision I have had for quite some time....now a reality!  There have been some abrupt turns on the way and many unexpected experiences I thought I would not get through, the dream was lost many times. All happens in time and space.....sometimes it is more about understanding than choices.  

Each moment leads to a turn - left & right, up & down, within & without.....our centre remains solid, is this where the Creator dwells?

We are our creator, we are our centre.....WE ARE ONE!

I am eternally grateful for this life.....and those I travel the path with.  We are here to create a world of beauty together.

1 Ahau - The Creative Ecstasy Button

The sweet spot of unspoken creative ecstasy......where is that?


I have had a recent awareness in the last few months of using our energy centres and extending past the usual 7 chakra system, it has become a learning journey with a multitude of realities. Something I am guided to create, work with and understand on a level I do not understand yet.  I simply know it is something I must learn about and share in more depth, at some point soon.


One area that I found of particular interest is the beautiful spot at the base of our skull and top of our spine, the nape of our neck. It has an amazing sensual aspect.....it is triggered by a response to touch and the soft curves are often depicted in many romantic images. Just this alone stirs up creative urges, yet, there is so much more to it.


This area has been recognized and used by the ancients as a very specific energy centre.....termed 'The Alta Major Chakra'.  Also known as the Zeal Chakra, Bliss Chakra and The Breath of God.  Considered the "gateway" where the Holy  breath from the heart of God enters into the chakra of the human body.  


It is an epicenter of a higher mind, that is now awakening and connecting to the 6th & 7th chakras forming a Golden Triangle.  Pure knowing of the Heart-Mind and Self-Mastery reside here in this energy centre.  It connects us to our Higher Self to integrate past life energy blocks/old lessons and attitudes, to change our way of thinking and living to NOW.

7 Ahau - Our Earth Angel Wings

 "Float on the winds of trust, allow your earth angel wings to open and soar to the heavens.'

A momentous shift has been felt by many in the last few days and it is absolutely exhilerating!  Like we have arrived to where it all comes to us in a state of ease and allowance.....and the ability to trust in a bigger divine plan than that of our own happens with a gracious flow.

I personally feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my "earth angel wings" and I am free to expand and soar among the stars.  Stopping to ask myself if it is 'real' just hasn't been an option...it IS real!

In this brief time we have to soar together in the stars, lets make it real with every breath we take. Enjoy every opportunity to share and love that is offered, and live in a state of heart freedom.  With the winds of fate we arrive and land to earth, we are angels one and all.

13 Ahau - Heart Centred Vision

Heart Centred Vision

In November 2008, artists from eight countries joined together for 4 consecutive weeks to create art at the same time in different time zones, with their intention focused on Hope, Peace and Harmony for Humanity.  I was one of those artists and feel quite blessed to have taken part in the project called 'Art For Humanity'.  The piece that I created came from such a deep space within myself and the ease of how quickly it flowed from my hand to the canvas was astonishing at the time. The quote above is what I wrote on the back of the painting, as I do with most of my pieces.....a message usually comes to me while in the process of creation.

This particular message, now almost three years later, has really hit home!

I, like many others, have been on a quest, so to speak, to find myself, to learn who/what/why I am.  There have been many teachers along the way and I have had some very profound and enlightening experiences along the journey. All have brought me in a spiraling motion of creation to where I am NOW....here in this space of the heart.

Today is a very prophetic day.  According to Carl Johan Calleman we are finally here...the end date of the Mayan Calendar (as far as we know).   And yet there is no feeling of the 'end'.....more like a rebirth.  In November of 2007 I was privileged to have studied with him and learn the ways of being a DayKeeper in Mayan tradition, while he was in Vancouver B.C. That was one more step on the 'quest'.  It also lead to another amazing experience of learning in the lands of the Maya with the Mayan elder, Hunbatz Men http://www.themayas.com.mx/ .   A new step, more like a leap that time, to learning who we all are as cosmic beings of light. 

These in turn led me deeper on the spiral and further into the exploration and use of Sacred Geometry in my art.  Having been working with the labyrinth and mandalas for the past few years prior to these events, the quest also lead to a yearning of needing to learn more.  Then finding affinities through the internet with such people as Charles Gilchrist http://www.charlesgilchrist.com/   and Drunvalo Melchizedek http://www.drunvalo.net/ , who both teach about the Flower Of Life.   Even more insight came, bringing me to incorporate this amazing symbol into my art forms as well......and to the essence of life itself.

Of course, the search, the questioning, the 'quest' has continued.  Which brings myself and us all to this moment NOW and each eternal moment of the now!

I would love to share some information from Drunvalo that I came across yesterday.  If you have seen these videos before, please send on to others and even re-watch them yourself.  I found so much solace and many answers about the 'quest' were finally answered, his gentle and easy to understand ways of expression are fantastic. For me what has come in such a rush of sensibility, was his words about the heart. 

My immediate connection to the painting experience with Art For Humanity and the actual piece of work that came out of my own heart was clarified! The understanding of how my heart and soul guided me in the creative process, the inner knowing of the three eyes....one in the heart, one in the brow, one in the labyrinth.  And the ripple effect to where I am now, this is what I believe is the connection we all have and the what we are here for.....WOW!

I am extremely grateful for finding this, one of those instances where I am reminded how amazing the tool of the world wide connection is and to not use it as a toy but honour what I can learn and do with it. Sharing with others what we have learned is a huge part of this.

6 Ahau - Hello & Goodbye in One Breath

My Dad & I at Granville Island

Visiting and spending time with family and friends over the last month has been a roller coaster of sorts.  The ups and downs of emotions, the unexpected turns of fate, the thrill of the ride in itself, all have been part of this recent journey.

I’ve connected with many friends over this trip, some it’s been on a physical level – seeing them regularly as if I was still an everyday part of the community.  Some it has been a day’s visit with intentions of spending more time together but busy lives just don’t coincide.  Some have been emotional overwhelm, the lessons of growth become evident in us all.  Some it has been a brief hello filled with smiles and hugs and a continued happiness of sharing a simple moment.  Some it just didn’t happen with this visit, beyond connection of the heart. Some were filled with the comfort and ease of old friendships that go beyond any time line. Some have been random encounters of re-meeting, there are no accidents.  Some have been fun-filled events and creative get-togethers filled with laughter and ideas.  Some we have literally crossed roads and bumped into each other, guided by fate to say hello.

And then the familiar time spent with family. Kids grow up; parents grow old and time stands still in many forms. Words of love and pain are spoken, memories and photographs are shared, tears of sadness and joy abound and we all continue to grow.

I walk down the same streets and drive on the same roads, yet everything looks different.  A creative boost from the colours of autumn is seen all around, something I don’t think I have ever appreciated or enjoyed as much as I do now.  It’s the old yet new, it is the same but different.  There is such a sense of life, death and re-birth at this time of the year. 

The Gift of Light

Now as I prepare to leave all this familiar part of my life once again, I feel a spark of creative energy.  A renewal of my spirit to go forward and breathe deeply builds with each hello and goodbye that crosses my path. A new sense of what my purpose is, has been restored and the colours of my life have become more apparent.  With each smile a warmth fills my soul.

12 Ahau - Near or Far

``The middle of nowhere, the centre of everywhere - ring around the rosie and back to centre - side to side, back and forth then upside down -  into the centre we go.``  - ojo -

I am late to get this out by 2 days, but all happens as it does and many transitions are in play.  I have been visiting friends and family in B.C. and in all conversations, the thread leads to transition and remaining centred through the changes, both within and without.  It`s comforting to know how connected we all are and that we are not alone.
Being in the whirlwind of travelling I realize how much of a physical transition it really is.  Climate and time adjustments really set the stage for everything.  The oxymoronic feeling of  missing the old and the new simultaneously is also a big part of being in the middle of nowhere and the centre of everywhere.
For those in my generation or raising children at the time, you may remember the link attached very well!  Please pass it on to the new generations!!!  It continues to be a moment of realization and joy....the lesson reflected reminds me to remain in the centre, neither near or far....to stop struggling, to be in the present moment.

Remaining grounded and centred in our daily adventures is a huge step in achieving a calm and joyous life. Whether we are `near or far` from all those we love, our hearts remain connected in the centre, this is what we must focus on.

5 Ahau - "Think and Be"

"Thinking ourselves into believing is a wonderful twist into the realm of reason and imagination."

I, by nature am an analyzer, and might I add, to the great discomfort to most of those who are close to me, this can be a form of loving torture....hahaha!

Thinking, contemplating and pondering every outcome to every situation is exhausting.  I know many of us at this time are 'over thinking' our situations and the possibilities of what is to come.  We have at our disposal multitudes of information - some true, some false and some totally unknown, and the mind of reason can be filled with contradictions.  All this information can cloud our minds and make it difficult to have the open space of pure thought opposed to random strings of chaotic brain clutter. In these times the importance of meditation is a tool we must not overlook.
Please visit my friend Trevor Gollogher for his wonderful techniques in mediation practice and all kinds of free information, they are extremely helpful whether you are a beginner, seasoned practitioner or just somewhere in between..... his simplicity and loving approach is a reminder as to how easy and important this daily practice is.

On the other side of reasonable thought is our believing abilities.  Here dwells our imagination, it's where we reflect, feel and consider different probable outcomes.  Gently reminding ourselves to believe is another daily practice for some.  For example, when filling our minds with all the disposable information at our fingertips, we can choose to 'experience' or 'deliberate' what we are researching. We can be consciously aware of what enters our brain waves and what we filter out.....easier said for some than others, I know!  
Again .....it is about gentle practice.

It always remains our free will of what we do with the information highways and byways.

11 Ahau - Sunlight & Shadows

"Through a glimmer of light I see my shadow."   - OJO -

Looking into a deeper reality I see the most beautiful dance of light playing in the trees....the sunlight of my soul perhaps?

I find myself asking what is real and what is shadow, there becomes a sense of illusion....a free flow form of creative juice is stirred within. How do we define the shadow from the light?  How do we know it is real?  In a brief flash what appeared as a solid shadow disappears as a cloud gracefully floats by.   Much like our emotions, the clouds can cover what is real.  The shadow is real though, it is the silhouette of the solid object....again the illusion is made visible, as we all know nothing is solid anyway!

An overwhelming need comes over me to capture the image, the shadow, the illusion, the reality......is this what being a creative soul is?  The ever present need to capture and recreate the illusion? To make it visible to others through various mediums? This is our quest of artistic expression in all forms: music, dance, theater, visual, written.

The questions are never ending and the answers are all evasive.

The stirring of emotions comes through in the most obscure moments, the shadow we often look at as bad when we refer to our emotional issues can become the most important tool we have to create with. Why is it we can become so afraid of this ability to make something beautiful from our dark side?  The test is to use it, and show the sunlight through the leaves, to make golden what is black....to make a masterpiece that can be shared through the hearts of all we give to on our journeys.

Is this not alchemy in it's purest state?

When the light shines brightly the shadow is shown....this feels like some sort of intangible proof that light and dark are One and that there is no need to ever second guess what is real. And in regard to human emotion the dark is just the same as the light, when we smile, we cry.....when we hurt we love.

In this beautiful sense of enlightened reality we are able to recognize our shadow.....our truth.....our light!

Find some shadows today, both within your soul and without in the visible world.  Know that all is resolved in all ways (always) ...... and all is ONE!

"The significance of my life becomes apparent in the sequence of numbers that remind me of a greater plan!"   - OJO -

In noticing the numbers and sequences that occur more often than ever before I must share what this day and the purpose of this blog is to me on a very personal level.

So, I am going to just spill out the numbers of my life!

I was born on July 20th 1966, yes I am 45 today....not sure when that happened, am pretty sure my own mother was 45 just a few years ago!

Speaking in terms of numerology - July is a 7 month, the 20th is a 2 day, and 1966 is a 22 Master number or (2+2) a 4 year - added all together: 7+2+22=31 (3+1=4) or 7+2+4=13 (1+3=4) - 4 becomes by Destiny Number by birth.  So my first significant connection with this 4 Ahau Day is my 4 Destiny Number and in sequence with this is of course the fact of being born on the 20th day, also the number of the Ahau Day sign itself, it is the 20th sign. The one last note to this is it is also a 4 year 2+0+1+1=4 and I was born on Wednesday and here we are......as of the exact time I was born until until this day in sequence I have been aware and breathing for a total of 1,420,070,400 SECONDS!!!  There are the numbers again.......I don't even like math but am completely enthralled by these sequences!

Now it gets a little deeper......in the Mayan Calendar my Day Sign and Number is 13 Kan (Lizard), of which we just finished a 13 day cycle of the energy of Kan (4 days ago).....talk about empowering! So here we are at the number 13, my second significant connection. This has always been an important number in my life and had never known why until I began studying as a Day Keeper of the Mayan Calendar, then a new sense of  my purpose became very clear. For the last few years my life has made so much more sense on a level I cannot even begin to explain!

10 Ahau - Thank You Van Gogh!!!

"The starry nights that bring the guidance of our ancestors.....searching for the answers in the wind.....watching for that falling star to confirm our hopes and dreams."  - OJO -

I am forever in gratitude to the works of Vincent Van Gogh, not just his visual work but his soul....his pain, his brilliance, his vision, his determination, his love, his insanity....all of it!!!

At times I can so completely understand how easy it would be to cut off my ear.....I could still hear the birds and the wind singing the sounds of Spirit with one ear!  The frustration and the gratification of being an artist is so encircling some days that I feel tremendous amounts of energy to do something erratic. Quite often the days can meld together and accomplishing anything is impossible, this is when I must remind myself to go outside and look at the night skies, to take that moment in time to be with a higher source and to know that I am one with it.  I think sometimes that is exactly what Vincent was doing too!

Today brings us toward the end of a culmination of a very intense triad of moons.  The first being the partial eclipse new moon 06.01 when we began the release and cleanse of old energy patterns.  Then the full eclipse, full moon 06.15, was the healing and acceptance to be true to SELF that really took hold.  Tomorrow’s partial eclipse new moon 07.01 we are to harness the strength and completion of our new SELF in this triad. It is time to manifest the steps of intention that brings us to a new reality, a new out look, a new way of listening. For those who follow the charts of astrology you are in complete alignment with these activities and for those who are a Cancer, like my self, you really have no choice but to be in tune with it, the moon is our ruler.  If you know nothing about astrology or astronomy, now is a wonderful time to begin.

During the Full Moon Eclipse (which was not visible to my location) I got this very random photo I would like to include while I was pointing up to the moon.  I have absolutely no desire to take professional photos, my method is basically hit and miss, so am always astonished at what shows up on the screen when I view them later!

The recent eclipses associated with the new and full moons have given us many opportunities to expand with the stars above. On this night we have a powerful opening to make evident our claim to be the artist of these stars, to paint our dreams and desires with glittering stardust to light the way.  I hope that wherever you are on this beautiful planet you can see the stars tonight, to see your roots of creation and be your own shining star.  If you are unable to see them, try setting your screensaver to stardust and just zone out on that, or find your favourite Van Gogh starry painting and feel his message to you.

1 Chuen - Let The Solar Circle Of Creation Begin!

Beginnings....endings.....and the middle.........it's still a circle!  - OJO-

Today being the Solstice, the day of balance and fertility, we can come to understand its meaning of the word as derived in Latin  sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still). 


We are given our fertility to thrive and grow from the Sun and our balance to stand still and remain centred.   This is where we place our self in the middle of it ALL.  We are our own universe and the central force of our own making.  



We all face the cycles of life - to begin, to end and be in the middle of it all.  Do you ever find yourself in all three aspects at the same time.....living and breathing through the myriad encounters of these cycles?  In can be dizzying and exhilarating!

The power to begin, WOW, what a gift.....beginning a project, a relationship, a new book, exploring unknown places, learning new languages, new groups of friends, a new work environment, a new hobby, having a new child in the family, sprouting seeds, the new moons, and new rounds of time.

The satisfaction of completion, WOW, what tremendous empowerment.....ending a task, saying goodbye with dignity, the last words of that amazing book, leaving a place you have found to be like another home, communicating with other people in their tongues, releasing old friendships with love, quitting a job that doesn't satisfy the soul, putting in the last piece of that jigsaw puzzle, watching your last child be all grown up, harvesting those delicious ingredients for a fresh salad, the brilliance a full moon, and the conclusion to cycles of time.

The centre of creation, WOW, what a concept.....being in the throes of that project or task, living through the stages of partnerships, when you fall asleep with the book in your hand because you just can't put it down,  spending time wandering and learning the ways of the land and people, saying things that make no sense but persevering anyway, savouring the memories laughter in friendship, enduring the tough times and choices to travel the good road, the pleasure of timelessness while creating,  facing those days and nights of turmoil and joy that you think will never end, tending to the garden with the mouth watering vision of what is to come, that in between phase of the lunar orb, and living life.

Isn't it grand to have all this vitality at our disposal?

Today is also the beginning of a new Trecena of the Mayan Calendar.....and even more befitting it is the cycle of creativity!!!  For the next 13 days its pure bliss for those who are desiring to break free and make something happen! LIVE IN THE CENTRE OF YOUR CREATION!!!!

Here is a couple of photos of my circle creation today, it is in part honouring the land of the west where I was born...the traditions of four directions East, South, West, North - here I have placed crystal points, candles and fresh flowers....and the three directions of Above, Below, Within - where I have placed the clear crystal ball, amethyst cluster and crsytal wand for the Star Elders Above, the conch shell of life with an ametrine sphere and selenite wand  for the Elementals Below, and my crystal skull MU on a special square rock from B.C. for the Heart Within .  Somehow I ended up with four more directions to place my offerings of Sacred woods of Cedar & Palo Alta,  Lavendar & Rosemary, Copal, Rose Oil....these are surrounded by my most sacred crystals of various shapes and forms, the geometry of life.  This I suppose is where I have honoured Self and simply followed guidance to form my Sacred 4 Directional Labyrinth for this glorious day!

3 Ahau - Manifesting Light & Love......Let The Force Be With Us!!!

I AM, therefore I AM.......That I AM!

The intensity of ALL is becoming more apparent in every waking day, moment and breath!   The words, the thoughts, the visions......all in one breath of life, in and out, in and out.   Why then does it feel so painful at times?

Does anyone else feel this?????

Does our planet feel this?....the cosmos?......the birds?   

We see, We feel, We hear, We taste, We smell, We know, We touch....WE ARE HERE NOW!

We are the I AM.... we are the ONE......we are the ALL.

In this space of existence it is about choice.......it is about feeling.......it is about love......does it get any easier to BE?

In this space of existence we can choose to feel love and be love!

Manifesting.....a word we hear so often now it has almost become cliche to some of us..... do we ever ask ourselves what it is really?   To manifest is to do what exactly?  

To manifest is to believe, be-live, be-life, be-love, be-light, to simply BE?

A very good friend of mine and I have a humorous reminder we use to just BE.. 

'The Sitting Man'  - he has become know as by us.  Really it is a rather androgynous metal figure that was a trash to treasure gift given to me in a time of heavy transition in my life.  A time when all action seemed to be non-action and it became apparent that sitting and 'being' was the only way of action. Right now my friend is the keeper of The Sitting Man and he still remains a part of me and what I use as a constant metaphor to BE.  I'm including this photo of him as he sits on her deck right NOW in this moment of time and space, neither of which are relevant to me in a physical sense form my time and space NOW.  We are separate but we are together!

What is really funny in this moment of now is that no matter how many times I reconfigure this photo he won't sit up straight.......does this mean it's time to lay down, a small siesta perhaps?  He is most obviously a jokster and gives another reminder to BE laughter!!!!!!

We ARE manifesting by just BE-ING.  Life is manifestation, love is manifestation, light is manifestation, laughter is manifestation.

But what and who are we being?  Do we create to be what and who we really are?  Do we BE the force of light and love we are? The challenges at times to BE can be overwhelming.....the moment of 'choice' is not always that easy.  The moment of taking that deep breath of life and love is not always compatible to the situation, it takes moments of pain to sometimes see the light from within and to bring the joy & laughter back to us. Many are struggling with these forces right now and we must reassure each other that the path is not always known but it IS there.  We are here to hold each others hands in love, laughter, life and light.

To know that we are pure creative light on the inside is a potent source and force, even in the times we are not always so clear it is there.   I feel that it is okay to know this side of the light, this side that many refer to as the dark.  It is in it's essence the light and love we all seek anyway.... the other side- the inside- the outside- the upside- the downside- the right side- the left side- the side of the heart we may not want to look at.  So no matter which side we are on , we are manifesting a reality..... a space in our timeline of what we choose to BE.  It remains one in the same.

We often hear there are two sides to the story, but there are three sides to our stories, yours, mine and the truth.  Many of us have heard this before.  Many of us see where we are in reality seeking the whole story, the truth!  And where do we find this truth, this force of reckoning that comes from within - the whole truth and nothing but the truth? It is absolutely and positively impossible to find it anywhere but from in our own heart! This is where our freedom to create resides.

There is my truth, my story, my I AM.   This today is what I can share, what I can give as a part of my heart to release in love & light.  I am thankful for the experience of all who teach me the way to my heart, the heart that beats as one with all other hearts!

9 Ahau - An Increase Of Vibration

"into the heart we travel...a new emergence of energy beats within" - OJO -

Our bodies are so amazingly aware of the energies around us. We need only pay attention to feel these powerful moments that affirm just how alive we are.

Yesterday was one of those defining events in my life. An opportunity to expand past my fears and allow my heart to connect with a love much deeper than my minds perceptions of what it "should" be. As I stood as close to the edge as possible of the great cenote at Chichen Itza I could feel the vibratory rate of my heart increasing to a point of no return. It was finally time to release and let go of the past, belief systems, patterns, self imposed expectancies, and pain. To share in this experience was another profound opening. A Gift from the skies above and souls united. I sat in prayer as I prepared to release my offering of a rose quartz sphere, listening to the song of kukulkan, confirming the message of love being received.

An enormous shift of planetary energy and love is in full force, a source of pure creative vibration. Of which none of us are exempt from experiencing at this time.

In love and gratitude for life and light the rose quartz sphere was sacrificed for ALL!

2 Ahau - Tears Water The Seeds In Our Hearts

"each tear is a liquid drop of your soul that directly cleanses and repleneshes the seeds that grow in your hearts desires"  -OJO-

Another new season is in full fruition and the seeds of love are sprouting.  A newness is in the air! The aromas, the sounds of birds, the sight of colourful flowers & foliage, the feelings of joy and creation are abundant. It is physically invigorating.

With this rebirth, we are shedding the old.....a process of letting go  must occur to transform into this new state.  It is a continual cycle that we can count on no matter what else is happening in our lives or the planet.  We are ever in motion and are recreating constantly the reality we seek in our hearts.  The place we plant our seeds - our hopes, aspirations, wishes, dreams, goals, visions.

During the time our seeds have spent in darkness, the womb nurtures and keeps them warm and loved. The seeds we have planted in our hearts, knowingly or unknowingly, in this recent time of darkness are now ready for us to do the work, we must tend them with love & care.

The seeds we have planted in our hearts are here NOW.


We tend to think of crying as sadness more often than joy, yet how often I find myself brought to tears of joy  and love lately is astounding. The tears we cry are not only falling down our face, they are repleneshing the seeds in our hearts.  There is a purpose for them so let them flow freely.  All - joyful and sadening, they serve as your internal watering system to your heart seeds.

I see all around me the love of so many people, the connections of friends and circles of light that surround us.  We are collectively 'the garden', all of our seeds come together as we interact and share our experiences.  A synergy exists.  The love we have is so incredibly refelected to us by those we grow with....as we all share the same earth to grow in, our roots essentially join as One. 

Life is a truly beautiful experience!

As we water our seeds in tears of joy and sadness we grow and explore and seek the light of the sun to guide us into full fruition.  Knowing that we must take responsibilty for the productivity of our seeds, we are accounatble in our hearts to nurture them. 

Our Mother Erath cries her tears of joy and sadness too and we are nurtured on a grander level of awareness.  We are her seeds in her heart! 

So if you, like I, have been experiencing the waterworks of life, please know that we are all in it together.  We are collectively and creatively planting, nurturing, growing, and producing as ONE.

Eight Ahau - 'The Flower of Life'

"Flower of Life"

" ....one...six...thirteen= twenty - numbers and flowers, it's all the same...."

One circle with six circles around it in a continuous expansion.

Does anyone remember picking fresh flowers as a child to take to some special person you were visiting?  What an important task it was to hand pick each flower that would go to the receiver.  I remember in particular doing this with my grandma before going to visit her friends in the afternoon. The flower stems were always wrapped in wet paper towels and then wrapped again in wax paper.  Sometimes it seemed an odd thing to do because it seemed to me everyone we visited, also had a beautiful flower garden.....was there a special point to giving someone more flowers when they had lots? Need less to say that point didn't really matter, because the gift of flowers were always accepted with great joy and immediately put in a vase and displayed for all to enjoy.  This really was more of a ritual, a spring ritual.

The other day I was sitting in the mall, yes me! As I sat there watching the people all sitting and mingling and lounging, I found it very entertaining and really could have sat there for hours just observing.  A certain older man passed by me to the washrooms and then appeared again later in front of me with a bouquet of fresh hand picked flowers.....he handed them to me and said I was very beautiful, and hoped I did not think he was odd, that his name was Miguel and he kind of bowed and walked away back to his seat with his other friends.  This was incredibly special.  They were wrapped in a wet napkin and tied with an elastic.  I cannot describe how beautiful it was in that specific moment of my life.  It was 'the flower of my life!'

Since that day I have been gifted with the most beautiful smelling daffodils I have smelt in a  long time!  They remind me often of my child hood and the anticipation of spring.  Those creative bursts of energy we have that make it so challenging to sit still in school.  This is such a beautifully creative time of the year.  Creations are being made everywhere around us, we can hear tools and equipment in the background, we can see the newness of growth on the trees and flowers filling the senses of sight, touch and scent. We can taste the boost of flavour in fresh grown food and we can we feel the excitement in our hearts. It is the seed of the flower of life that rebirths from within every year.

In this rebirth begin to see the multitudes of new opportunities there are in front of you, this very moment. There are infinite creative horizons to expand your talents through, new avenues to discover and new risks to take.  Just allow the blooming to happen, the result can be nothing other than pure beauty and completion. And as the flower blooms in it's sequence, it is another number sequence in the events of the earth.  the constant unfolding of a flower, ever expanding and infinitely creating.

Go with the flow of this guidance, allow it it transcend you to another realm of thought.  Allow the aromas to drift into your consciousness and your senses to be awakened.  Grow forth in a creative burst - use colour, sound, texture, words, light, scent and love and see what happens!

Sacred Circle

"The centre of creation spirals within and without the cosmic eye of the universe." - OJO -

The last few days on our planet have been filled with an intensity of extraordinary cosmic events to fuel our creative spirits.  Our first being the movement on the planet itself creating very diverse scenarios.  Then the full moon of the 19th that grandized it's already magic presence, in size and energy.  For those who saw this magnificent sight they hold a vision, a memory, etched upon their minds.....for those who have only seen images via photos, internet, video - they too have received the gift of it's beauty in their mind.  Yet, what of those who did not or could not see this beauty? What of those who are in the midst of gunfire, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, man made chaos, personal or family turmoil?  What of those who are obliviuos to this magical event?

Intrinsically we have all experienced the energy of this beautiful experience and we must know from within the enormity of its grace and glory we hold in our minds eye.  No matter where we are or what we see, the universe delivers its beauty to us here on earth from the eye of the cosmos!

Then the next day upon us the 20th led us into the Vernal Equinox of Spring on the West Coast of the Canadian Pacific Ocean, in honouring new beginnings and the direction of the east where the sun rises to bring us life each day.  A balance of light & dark emerge....the sun & moon share the sky as one source of light.  Again, the witnessing of magical skies were experienced by the vision of a sunrise and moonset occuring almost simultaneously on the East Coast of the Caribbean Sea.  We remind ourselves this witnessing is done internally as well, by experiencing the balance from our inner most beings.

Then a day of integration on the 21st....some felt relief and a calm serene day, others felt chaos and instability.  Overall there was a sense of change, individual and unique to each of us and also collectively as a planet of people.

And now today - this day of NOW - we continue to grow, to expand, to shift.  Today being the day of Light and Oneness, a 20 day period of time since the last posting.  Also we are given this day of unity and light to begin a new 13 day cycle, a cog in the wheels of time.  In this space we are given the guidance of our ancestors, to create what we wish with our time - to be true to who we are internally.

Through this period, use the energies that have been instilled within.  Express them externally.  What can you give, show, share of yourself? What is your beauty within?

Remember the sunshine comes from your soulshine, it is never ending - use it and create all that is yours to shine out to the world around you!!!

7 Ahau - The Seed Within

"Creation finds it's way through the winds of time as the seed within our hearts drifts into a new field of existence." - OJO -

Where do we drift as a seed in the wind?  What kind of seed would you be? The possibilities are endless and the destiny of each seed is so completely unique to itself.


The seed of creativity.... the seed we all have within us....it's essentially a part of our existence the moment that we are created.  What we must remember is that all seeds reach their process of completion in different manners.  Some take years to come to their moment of fruition.


A seed that brings lettuce or a seed that brings am almond are tended to completely differently - yet both are whole within themselves before ever being planted.  
The almond tree must grow for long periods until the almond appears.  And from that first yield the process is continuous, without much effort, for many more years as the tree grows and produces more almonds.
A head of lettuce has grown from a single seed and it's fate will vary, if it is taken from the earth to eat as a whole, then it is finished and ceases to exist - yet if it is allowed to grow until flowering without being eaten, it will produce a multitude of seeds and these can be planted to produce an abundant harvest that can be eaten and more seeds to continue the process.


In using our creative seed within, we must come to know what kind of seed we are and what our pattern of growth & fruition are.  Then we can learn to be truly abundant in our creative journey.  Take some time to watch your creative patterns - how you grow; produce; imagine; bud; and then begin your process again in cyclic fashions.
What feeds you and nurture's the seed within?


As we come to recognize our seed, we inevitably know what flower we produce, and from here we can face in the direction of the light to absorb all the creative energy the universe has to offer!
Quite possibly we can be different seeds at various stages.  We don't have to limit the possibility of change that can occur through the learning & development of our lives.


What if?...... we were born as a seed of 'hope' and then transformed into a seed of 'change' and then blossomed into a seed of 'love'? ......what if?
Imagine what a beautiful harvest we would reap and share!!!
